Explain the different types of data measurements used by people professionals

People professionals are data-driven executive by virtue of different types of measurement tools which provides them with the imperative information for making decision. These measurement parameters, in general, can be further classified in two types, that is, quantitative and qualitative data. Numerical data measures – numbers while statistical analyses are used. These data bases comprise objective and measurable indicators that can be used for HR personnel to analyze the efficiency of the HR initiative and identify conditions for the improvement.
