CIPD HR Courses
The CIPD offers three human resources qualifications.
For people with no or little experience in HR and L&D, the CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice is an excellent start. It’s ideal if you’re looking for an entry-level position like HR Assistant.
If you want to work as an HR Advisor or Manager at a mid-level, the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management is for you. It’s good if you possess any HR experience, whether from operating in HR directly or in a function that contains HR aspects, such as management. If you’re fresh to people management yet possess a university degree and would like to start your training at a higher level, the Associate Diploma is an excellent option.
The CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management is designed for people who have extensive HR experience or an HR degree and are ready to pursue postgraduate-level studies. It will equip you for senior strategic positions such as HR Business Partner, Director, or Consultant.
One might also pursue one of the CIPD Learning & Development courses if they want to specialise in L&D.
Institutions understand that every learner is unique, so before you enroll, the CIPD Advisers will review your experiences, education, and goals to ensure you’re selecting the best course.
